  • 30 min coaching sessions

    (weekly, biweekly, or monthly)

    Shorter sessions are perfect if you know exactly what you want to work on or focus better in short bursts. I will share ideas and resources, help you problem solve, and hold gentle space for you to achieve real quality of life improvements at whatever pace works best for you.

  • 50 min coaching sessions

    (Weekly, biweekly, or monthly)

    If you are not sure where to start, longer sessions are great - we will work together to kind of excavate what is and is not working well in your life and from there we will figure out what to focus on. Longer sessions are also ideal if you are an external processor, want to go deep, or work better for longer stretches!

  • SOS coaching

    (Frequent sessions and check ins for a brief period of time)

    Are you freaking out over a time sensitive task? Stuck on something? Falling behind? I’ll work with you to create a schedule, make a plan, and stick to the plan with a combo of sessions and text or email check ins.

  • Intuitive Eating with Executive Dysfunction

    This workshop series includes 4 sessions over Zoom, each focused on a different theme:

    Week 1 - Shopping

    Week 2- Cooking

    Week 3 - Cleaning

    Week 4 - Eating

    Each session is 60 minutes, with an optional additional 30 minutes specifically for people with chronic illnesses that impact their food and eating choices. There’s no extra charge for this time.

    Dates: Tuesdays at 5:30 PM ET (Aug 19, 26, Sept 2, 9) – open to all

    Saturdays at 12 PM or 2 PM ET (Aug 16, 23, 30, Sept 6) – open to people in fat bodies only

    Cost: $200–$400 sliding scale

    Chronically Ill Coworking Sessions

    a drop-in zoom that helps give people dedicated time to work on healthcare related tasks: making appointments, submitting insurance stuff, doing research, following up with providers, etc in a supportive environment of other people doing the same thing.
